1. Oversee daily operations of all hospital departments including clinical, non-clinical, and support services.
2. Drive operational excellence, resource optimization, and patient-centric service delivery.
3. Ensure hospital-wide compliance with accreditation standards (NABH, ISO), statutory regulations, and legal mandates.
4. Collaborate with clinical leadership and department heads to align clinical and administrative workflows.
5. Lead and monitor budgeting, cost control, revenue generation, and operational performance metrics.
6. Improve patient satisfaction scores through continuous service improvement and grievance resolution mechanisms.
7. Supervise human resource planning, staff development, and workforce engagement strategies.
8. Facilitate the implementation of hospital policies, protocols, and strategic plans.
9. Represent the hospital in meetings with regulatory bodies, partners, vendors, and stakeholders.
10. Lead initiatives related to digital transformation, quality improvement, risk management, and sustainability.
