Looking For Materials Manager/Deputy Manager

Role & responsibilities 22.1 To assist AGM in project related work. 22.2 To sign Gate passes in absence of AGM Materials. 22.3 To approve purchase order in absence of AGM Materials. 22.4 To arrange to sell scraps as per the market rate. 22.5 To coordinate with Biomedical / Engineering departments and the recipient department for installation of medical and non medical equipment and arrange to forward the equipment to the department. 22.6 To assist AGM materials to update the departmental and laundry SOPs. 22.7 To update the departmental objectives with the assistance of AGM Materials. 22.8 To assist in collecting the required data for quarterly and yearly presentations on departmental achievements. 22.9 To assist and keep a check on all store and purchase procedures. 22.10 To ensure all stock checks are carried out quarterly as per schedule. 22.11 To arrange to forward monthly stock report to head office. 22.12 To prepare training schedule for staff and ensure it carried out and maintain record of the same. 22.13 To visit Thane Hospital once a week to ensure processes are processes are followed. 22.14 In absence of staff to perform their duties. 22.15 To raise software call report for HMS modifications if required in coordination with AGM Materials. 22.16 To assist the team if required to arrange to procure urgent requirements. 22.17 Responsible for over all supervision of all the stores related to materials. 22.18 To carry induction for all newly joined staff. 22.19 To carry out any duties assigned by AGM Materials. Supervises :- Supervised by :- GM - Materials Qualification :- Graduate, Diploma in Materials with M.B.A. / P.G.D.B.A. / MHA / DHA with 9 ~ 12 years of experience
