Job Description

We are hiring Senior Manager- Agency Channel (Team leading)

Location: Anantpur & Karimnagar

Senior Manager

Key Responsibilities

Team Management:
Lead, manage, and motivate a team of Unit Sales Managers, ensuring they meet their sales targets and performance metrics.
Sales Planning & Execution:
Implement effective sales strategies to achieve channel-specific sales objectives.
Target Achievement:
Ensure achievement of assigned PMS targets through mapped intermediaries and new intermediary acquisitions by the USMs.
Product Expertise:
Be accountable for handling and promoting General Insurance products.
Cross-Functional Coordination:
Coordinate with Underwriting, Claims, Operations, and other internal departments to ensure smooth business processes.
Relationship Building:
Proactively address issues, provide solutions, and build strong relationships with the sales team and intermediaries/agents.

Candidate Requirements

Mandatory team-handling experience
with proven leadership skills.
Strong
relationship management
and stakeholder-handling capabilities.
Solid
sales background
with good knowledge of General Insurance products.
Experience in the
GI industry preferred
.
Graduation is mandatory.
Must be willing to work
100% on-field for policy sales
.
Candidates with an operations-only background will not be suitable
for this role.
