Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Minimum of 8 – 12 years of experience in network operations, with a focus on SDWAN (Viptela) , R&S Data Centre environments.
Expertise in SDWAN architecture, configuration, and troubleshooting.
Working Knowledge on troubleshoot for WAF, LB and Firewall.
In-depth knowledge of networking protocols and technologies, including but not limited to TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, VLANs, static, MPLS, and QoS.
Proficiency in network monitoring and management tools such as SolarWinds or equivalent.
Strong knowledge in Routing and Switching technology such as VPC, Multicast, RSTP, MSTP, NAT, PBR, FHRP, STP, LACP
Practical experience in troubleshooting connectivity issues across firewall/Load Balancer or proxy
Able to work under high pressure in a challenging environment.
Knowledge in WAN technology such as MPLS, IPSEC, GRE, VPN, DMVPN, GETVPN
Mandatory advance skill set on SDWAN solution (Viptela)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capability to collaborate effectively across teams.
In-depth exposure on nexus family platforms from installation, commissioning, configuration
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and effectively prioritize tasks.
