1. The role requires a good understanding of credit analysis, creditworthiness, underwriting, third party report validation of commercial property, commercial lending, financial analysis, asset evaluation, and income calculation; analysis of property inspection reports, rent rolls, operating statement and preparation of letters based on the regulatory requirements; analysis of proof of payments, invoices, disbursement form, lien waivers & schedules.
2. Expertise in commercial real estate underwriting or commercial underwriting is a must.
1. This role encompasses oversight of the loan lifecycle, including, Participation, servicing, Document Pre/Review and payment processing. Responsibilities also extend to managing syndicated loan transactions, structuring payments, secondary Loan trading / settlements and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
2. Understanding about covenants, borrowing base calculations for business banking loans.
3. Testing covenants regularly and monitoring Borrowing Base regularly for any North American banks.
4. Should have extensive understanding about the commercial lending loan operations components /services, various types of documents and document repository systems and line of businesses.
1. Complete work from office for all 5 days and night shifts.
