Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ranchi for Field Workers for the URJA Menstrual Care Program. The Field Workers will be responsible for conducting field surveys, distributing menstrual care products, organizing awareness campaigns, and educating the community about menstrual hygiene. They will also have to liaise with local authorities, document daily activities and progress, and report back to the program coordinator.

Qualifications

• Experience in conducting field surveys and community outreach
• Ability to organize and lead awareness campaigns
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of menstrual hygiene and women's health issues
• Ability to document activities and report progress
• Fluency in local languages is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; higher education is a plus
• Commitment to social work and community development
