Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for Field Workers at the URJA Menstrual Care Program, located in Ranchi. The Field Workers will be responsible for conducting awareness programs on menstrual hygiene, distributing menstrual care products, engaging with the community to understand their needs, and providing necessary support. They will also coordinate with other team members to plan and execute program activities, document daily tasks and progress, and report to the program manager. Qualifications Community Engagement and Communication skills Experience in conducting awareness programs and public speaking Project Coordination and Documentation skills Commitment to women’s empowerment and social work Ability to work independently and as part of a team Fluency in local languages and basic English Relevant experience in grassroots-level social work is a plus Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Community Development, or related field is beneficial
