Role Overview:

Digital Marketing Specialist Campaign & Lead Generation

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage performance marketing campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital platforms.
• Plan and execute end-to-end lead generation campaigns to achieve targeted CPL (Cost Per Lead) and ROI goals.
• Monitor campaign budgets and optimize spend across channels for maximum efficiency.
• Conduct daily campaign analysis to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for performance improvement.
• Work closely with creative and content teams to develop compelling ad copies, creatives, and landing pages.
• Track and report on campaign metrics including CTR, CPC, CPA, CPL, and conversion rates.
• Optimize targeting, bidding, and creatives based on A/B testing results.
• Collaborate with the sales team to evaluate lead quality and conversion feedback.

Skills & Competencies:

• Proven experience in

  Google Ads

  Meta Ads Manager

  , and other PPC platforms.
• Strong knowledge of

  SEO, SEM, and retargeting

  strategies.
• Experience in

  within the real estate or property development industry is preferred.
