About Wholesale Banking Operations

Wholesale Banking Operations manages the entire life cycle of the Wholesale Banking customers, it also caters to the various other requirement of non-retail borrower accounts under Wholesale banking. The department is responsible for smooth functioning of all the Wholesale Banking Operations units and ensure utmost customer (internal & external) satisfaction. They are also responsible for ensuring timely delivery, monitoring the health of the credit portfolio, prompt reporting of irregularities/ adversities noticed and co-ordination in recovery/ legal proceedings

Role

Team Lead - Channel Analytics and New Initiatives are responsible for timely review of Loan Disbursement TAT at Pan India level, Rolling out New Initiatives, Process simplification and Automation, Finalizing the WBO Budget and measures to keep expenses under control.

Key Responsibilities

Periodic review of loan disbursements and ensuring LOS/CPS TAT at Pan India level by conducting concalls and video conferencing on regular intervals.

Review of various New Initiatives and Implementation of Ideas which contributes to Process simplification and Handing IT issues related to CBO domain

Timely and accurate submission of internal returns/notes to various stakeholders & Top management

Publishing Various dashboards on timely basis like LOS/CPS TAT, SPD data, TSR-Valuation data.

Candidate should have fair knowledge in Credit & Operations. Analysis of new processes and Process improvement/Enhancement/Automation related to Credit Operations

Fixing of the Budgets for various Units, Monthly Review of Unit Expenses and strategies to reduce the Cost.

Monitoring of Corporate Advances Service Request TAT which leads to better and faster service to the Borrower.

Responsible for Finalizing the WBO KRAs at the FY beginning, Uploading of Targets and Achievement of all WBO staff.

Ensuring Regulatory compliance in all processes

Handling manpower related activities of Credit Ops

Preparation of various deck & dashboard to Top Management.

Qualifications

Graduate/ Post Graduate form a recognized institute

10-15 years of relevant experience

Knowledge of banking products and services

Knowledge of regulatory guidelines and norms

Good communication (both verbal and written) skill in both English and the local language

Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines

Ability to train, coach and mentor others
