Responsibilities: As the Water Testing Lab Technician and Office Coordinator at Galaxy Environ, you will play a pivotal role in the seamless operation of our facilities and services. Your responsibilities will include: Laboratory Testing Conduct chemical tests on water samples for pollution and quality assessment. Ensure testing procedures adhere to internal quality standards and regulatory guidelines. Maintain and calibrate lab instruments and ensure proper handling of samples and chemicals. Field & Site Supervision Visit customer sites as required for service execution. Oversee onsite activities and ensure compliance with operational standards. Documentation & Client Regulatory Support Prepare applications and supporting documentation on behalf of clients for approvals from the Pollution Control Board and other relevant authorities. Coordinate with clients to gather necessary data, ensure completeness of documentation, and assist with submission processes as required. Maintain organized and accurate internal records of all client-related regulatory work, including copies of submissions, approvals, and correspondence. Ensure that all documentation and client service delivery meet professional standards and regulatory timelines. Documentation & Compliance Keep organized records of lab results and customer interactions. Ensure all data is recorded and securely stored according to company protocols. Regularly update records for internal reviews, audits, and client reference. Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Chemistry, or a related field. Proven experience in laboratory testing, preferably in water quality analysis. Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and documentation procedures. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and prioritize tasks effectively.
