Description

Seeking a skilled professional to manage all aspects of waste collection, segregation and treatment for our new MRF plant at Sri City. The position ensures regulatory compliance, cost-effective operations, and leads initiatives for sustainability and waste reduction.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute waste management plans compliant with Indian regulations
• Supervise segregation, safe handling, and disposal for all waste streams (hazardous, non-hazardous, liquid, and solid)
• Implement recycling and waste minimization initiatives
• Liaise with contractors, local agencies, and regulatory authorities
• Conduct audits, compliance checks, and training for plant staff
• Prepare reports/documentation for regulatory submissions (Pollution Control Board, etc.)
• Oversee environmental controls related to emissions and wastewater

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science or related field (Master’s preferred)
• 3+ years of experience in industrial/plant waste management
• Knowledge of CPCB/SPCB rules, Hazardous Waste Management, and ETP/STP operations
• Experience in recycling and sustainability initiatives
• Leadership and project management skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
