About the Role:

Warehouse Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

Handle and manage manpower (on-roll & off-roll employees) to ensure smooth workflow.
Oversee
D2C / B2C order fulfillment
operations with efficiency and accuracy.
Coordinate and manage activities with
3PL partners
to ensure timely delivery and compliance.
Conduct and monitor
inventory audits
, ensuring stock accuracy and timely reconciliation.
Supervise and manage daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and dispatch.
Generate and analyze reports to track warehouse performance and manpower productivity.

Requirements:

Minimum
3 years of experience
in
Warehouse Supervision.
Strong experience in
manpower handling
(on-roll & off-roll).
Hands-on experience in
D2C or B2C operations
.
Exposure to working with
3PL warehouses / partners
.
Knowledge of
inventory audits and stock reconciliation
.
