Warehouse Outbound Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Inbound Operations:

• Oversee receiving, inspection, and put-away of goods.
• Verify incoming shipments with purchase orders and coordinate with procurement for discrepancies.
• Ensure accurate and timely GRN (Goods Receipt Note) entry in WMS/ERP systems.
• Coordinate with transporters and suppliers for smooth delivery schedules.
• Monitor unloading efficiency and manage dock operations.

Outbound Operations:

• Supervise picking, packing, staging, and dispatch of customer orders.
• Ensure timely and accurate shipment planning as per delivery timelines.
• Liaise with courier partners and transporters to ensure proper documentation and tracking.
• Maintain optimal load planning and vehicle utilization.

Inventory & Compliance:

• Conduct cycle counts and reconciliation to maintain stock accuracy.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs and safety protocols across operations.
• Handle documentation and reporting for audits and compliance (GST, E-way bills, etc.).

Team & Performance Management:

• Lead a team of warehouse staff and ensure productivity targets are met.
• Train and mentor new joiners and ground staff.
• Monitor KPIs such as TAT, order accuracy, shrinkage, and damage rates.

Requirements:

• Education:

   Graduate (preferably in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field);

• Experience:

   35 years in warehouse/logistics operations with hands-on experience in inbound/outbound processes.

• Skills:

• Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and ERP software.
• Familiarity with transport management and documentation.
• Leadership and people management skills.
• Problem-solving and decision-making ability under pressure.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in e-commerce, FMCG, retail, or 3PL operations.
• Exposure to lean warehousing, Kaizen, or Six Sigma methodologies.
• Working knowledge of Excel and data analysis.
