Warehouse Operations Associate

You will play a significant role in managing and optimizing warehouse processes, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in inbound, outbound, and inventory management. Your responsibilities will include: - Overseeing inbound, outbound, and inventory management processes to ensure efficiency and accuracy. - Managing and monitoring warehouse operations for timely and cost-effective handling of goods. - Handling escalations and resolving client issues professionally and efficiently. - Utilizing Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) for tracking and reporting warehouse activities. - Maintaining accurate records and generating reports using MS Excel and MS Word. - Conducting data analysis to improve operational efficiency and reduce errors. - Coordinating with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth operations. - Ensuring adherence to safety and compliance standards within the warehouse. Qualifications required for this role are: - 1-2 years of experience in warehouse operations, including handling B2C or B2B processes. - Advanced skills in MS Excel and MS Word; familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS). - Strong understanding of inbound, outbound, and inventory management workflows. - Ability to manage client relationships effectively and resolve escalations promptly. - Strong verbal and written communication skills. - Competence in data analysis and reporting for process improvements.
