Warehouse Operations

JD:- •            Responsible for taking GRN in system. •            Responsible for sending inward information. •            Authorized to process the orders as per the invoice received from AI. •            Responsible for generation delivery challan as per the instruction received from AI. •            Responsible for preparing transit documents for dispatch i.e. DC, Invoice, e-waybill. •            Responsible for prepare gate pass for dispatch. •            Responsible for maintain inward/outward register. •            Responsible for tracking of the shipment till delivery to customer. •            Responsible for POD collection and record keeping. •            Responsible for preparing required MIS. •            Responsible for arranging reverse pickup from customers. •            Coordinating with couriers for timely pickup of goods from warehouse. •            Responsible for coordinating with internal staff for operation related activities. •            Responsible for record management. •            Responsible for monitoring Housekeeping activity. •            Responsible for updating Daily Stock Movement Register. •            Responsible to escalate every non-conformity & service complaint to Activity In-Charge and assist during investigation. •            Responsible to assist during implementation of revised or new QMS processes. •            Responsible to ensure record keeping as per SOP: Control of Records.
