Job Description

Warehouse - Monitor

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor daily inward and outward movement of goods.
Maintain and update inventory records in Excel (data entry, basic formulas, reporting).
Coordinate and guide warehouse manpower for smooth operations.
Allocate tasks to workers and ensure timely completion of activities.
Support physical stock verification and reconcile with records.
Ensure safe storage, proper labeling, and housekeeping of the warehouse.
Generate and share daily/weekly/monthly inventory reports with supervisors.
Report discrepancies, shortages, or delays promptly.

Requirements:

Proficiency in
MS Excel (basic formulas, reports, pivot tables preferred)
.
Good coordination, communication, and manpower handling skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment with attention to detail.
Education:
Graduate / Diploma (any stream).
Experience:
Freshers can also apply; prior experience in warehouse/logistics is an advantage.
