Warehouse Marketing Associate

Job Responsibilities

• List and manage warehouse properties on real estate and industrial leasing platforms such as Magicbricks, 99acres, and CRE Matrix.
• Respond to tenant inquiries, share property details, and schedule site visits with prospective clients.
• Prepare and present leasing proposals, presentations, and property details to potential tenants and brokers.
• Arrange and coordinate site visits, ensure properties are ready for inspection, and follow up with clients after visits.
• Maintain a database of leads, brokers, and inquiries and track leasing pipeline and status.
• Support the team in documentation and negotiation stages by sharing necessary property and compliance details with clients.

Requirements

• 2 to 4 years of experience in marketing or business development at a logistics or warehousing company.
• Working knowledge of warehouse leasing, rental structures, and tenant requirements.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹220,000.00 - ₹290,000.00 per year
