Warehouse Inventory Reconciliation Manager

• Develop and implement robust inventory control procedures and best practices.
• Oversee regular cycle counts, physical inventories, and reconciliation processes to ensure accuracy.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records in the warehouse management system (WMS).
• Monitor and manage stock levels to ensure adequate supply while minimizing excess and obsolete inventory.

Warehouse Organization and Efficiency:

• Collaborate with the Warehouse Manager to optimize warehouse layout and storage strategies for efficient inventory flow and accessibility.
• Ensure proper labeling, placement, and handling of inventory.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of warehouse efficiency improvements.

Reporting and Analysis:

• Generate regular inventory reports on key metrics such as stock levels, inventory turnover, discrepancies, and slow-moving items.
• Analyze inventory data to identify trends, potential issues, and opportunities for improvement.
• Present inventory reports and findings to management.

Team Collaboration and Communication:

• Communicate clearly and proactively regarding inventory status, issues, and changes.
• Potentially supervise and train inventory control staff (depending on the size of your team).

System Management:

• Effectively utilize and maintain the warehouse management system (WMS) or other inventory tracking tools.
• Troubleshoot system issues and collaborate with IT for resolution.
• Potentially participate in the implementation of new inventory management systems or upgrades.
