Warehouse Incharge

+Roles & Responsibilities:

• Experienced in inventory & stock management, maintaining accurate stock levels and records.
• Skilled in conducting regular stock audits and reconciliations to avoid discrepancies.
• Strong ability to prevent stock damage, loss, and theft through proper control measures.
• Hands-on experience in staff supervision, allocating work and monitoring team productivity.
• Trained warehouse staff in safety measures and efficient work practices.
• Expertise in dispatch & receiving operations, ensuring accurate inward/outward flow of goods.
• Coordinated with transporters to achieve smooth and timely deliveries.
• Proficient in warehouse organization, systematic arrangement of materials, and space utilization.
• Experience in handling warehouse equipment (pallets, racks, forklifts).
• Maintained accurate daily, weekly, and monthly reports with proper documentation.
• Knowledge of updating ERP/software systems for stock movement.
• Reported and resolved shortages, damages, and discrepancies quickly.
• Ensured safety, security, and compliance with company and statutory rules.
• Monitored and implemented fire safety and warehouse security protocols.

• 1 to 3 years of experience in warehouse operations, preferably in FMCG food products or retail.
• Good understanding of inventory control, stock reconciliation, and FIFO (First In, First Out) principles.
• Experience in inbound and outbound checking, packing, and labeling of food products.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), barcode scanning, and basic MS Excel.
• Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and storage compliance standards.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment and handle physical tasks.
• Good communication skills and ability to coordinate with teams and external partners.
• Willingness to learn, follow instructions, and contribute to process improvements.
• Immediate joiners preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
