Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of the branch, ensuring smooth workflow.
Manage and supervise branch staff including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.
Meet or exceed sales and performance targets set by management.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery.
Monitor inventory, expenses, budgets, and resource allocation.
Maintain compliance with internal policies, procedures, and external regulatory requirements.
Implement marketing and promotional strategies to increase footfall and revenue.
Handle escalated customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
Prepare and present periodic performance reports to senior management.
Maintain safety, cleanliness, and security of the branch premises.
Coordinate with cross-functional departments (HR, Accounts, Logistics, etc.) as needed.
