Warehouse Executive
We are looking for an effective Warehouse Executive to direct receiving, warehousing and distribution operations. He will oversee the efficient receipt, storage, value-adding servicing and manpower management.
Jobs & Responsibilities:
• Strategically manage warehouse to enhance the maximum productivity
• Oversee receiving, warehousing, distribution and maintenance operations
• Ensure efficient space utilization and optimization of inventory
• Manage stock and reconcile with data storage
• Maintaining daily dispatch records and preparing rolling forecast
• Initiate, coordinate and enforce optimal operational process in align with Client
• Adhere to all warehousing, handling and shipping legislation requirements
• Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene and security
• Ensuring all the warehouse requisites by having different Vendors
Requirements and skills:
• Work experience as a Warehouse Executive
• Expertise in warehouse management procedures and best practices
• Ability to implement process improvement initiatives
• Strong knowledge of warehousing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Leadership skills and ability manage staff
• Strong decision making and problem solving skills
• Excellent communication skills
Preferred Background:
• Relevant degree in logistics, supply chain management or business administration
