Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Ensure
timely unloading
of inbound goods and
loading of containers
as per defined SOPs.
Scrutinize and distribute documents for all incoming receipts and
update related records
.
Conduct
100% physical verification
of received goods and prepare
Stock Identification Tags
.
Communicate and coordinate for
damaged goods
, follow up for replacements, and ensure accurate accounting.
Ensure
on-time GRN preparation in SAP
after scanning of goods.
Maintain
accurate warehouse records
and conduct
periodic stock verification
as per SOP.
Supervise
container stuffing
and ensure outbound scanning and documentation.
Carry out
SAP activities related to shipments
and maintain data accuracy.
Conduct
SOP training sessions
and support process improvements.
Prepare and share
MIS reports
on warehouse performance and stock movement.

Preferred candidate profile

Qualification:
B.Sc. / B. Com
Experience:
3-5 years in a
pharmaceutical warehouse
Job-Specific Skills:
Good knowledge of
MS Office
and
ERP software
Other Desirable Skills:
Working knowledge of
Warehouse Management System (WMS)
