Warehouse Coordinator

As a Shipping and Warehouse Operations Manager with 1-4 years of experience, your role is crucial in overseeing the shipping workflow and warehouse operations. Your responsibilities will include: - Assigning tasks and work orders to warehouse associates. - Maintaining the daily shipping and receiving schedule. - Dispatching and answering inbound truck orders. - Reviewing open and closed sales orders and invoices. - Categorizing inventory and completing inventory tracking. - Creating and filing sales orders, invoices, productivity reports, packing lists, and other documentation. - Working closely with the customer service team to resolve issues. - Collaborating with the warehouse supervisor and associates. - Assisting the operations department with fulfillment and quality control. - Escalating issues to managers when necessary. - Following all company policies and procedures. Qualifications required for this role include: - 1 year of experience in logistic operations.
