Warden

We are looking for a responsible, caring, and disciplined female Hostel Warden for our girls' hostel. The ideal candidate must have strong English communication skills and the ability to maintain a safe, supportive, and well-managed living environment for students.

Position: Hostel Warden (Female)

Location: [St Anthony School (Girls) / Giddha Pahar, Kurseong]
Education: Minimum +2 / Intermediate; Graduate preferred
Accommodation & Food: Provided by the institution (compulsory stay-in)

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage all aspects of the girls’ hostel on a daily basis
• Ensure safety, discipline, and well-being of all resident students
• Communicate effectively with students, parents, and school management
• Maintain hostel rules and ensure timely attendance, cleanliness, and order
• Handle student concerns with empathy while enforcing discipline
• Monitor daily routines and assist in organizing hostel activities
• Maintain hostel records and report any issues to the school authorities

Requirements:

• Fluent in English communication (spoken and written)
• Female candidates only
• Minimum education: +2 / Intermediate; Graduation preferred
• Prior experience in a similar role is an advantage
• Should be mature, reliable, and student-friendly
• Willingness to stay within the hostel premises is mandatory
