Ward Attendant

ob Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and physically fit Male Ward Attendant to join our Psychiatry and De-addiction Center in Doraha. The ideal candidate will support the healthcare team in providing quality care and assistance to patients dealing with psychiatric and substance abuse issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist patients with daily activities including hygiene, mobility, and meals
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the patient wards
• Support nursing and medical staff with patient care
• Escort patients for therapies, checkups, and other assigned tasks
• Handle patients with empathy, patience, and discipline
• Observe and report any unusual patient behavior to the nursing team

Requirements:

• Only male candidates
• Minimum qualification: 12th pass
• Minimum height preferred: 5’5”
• Physically fit and mentally stable
• Prior experience in a hospital or psychiatric setup is a plus
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night duty

Salary:can be discussed during the interview

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹13,000.00 per month
