Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Clinical Research Coordinator to join our team in Vadodara. The selected candidate will play a key role in managing and coordinating clinical research activities, ensuring smooth execution of clinical trials in line with GCP and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and oversee day-to-day clinical trial operations.

Ensure compliance with study protocols, timelines, and regulatory guidelines.

Manage patient recruitment, screening, and informed consent procedures.

Maintain accurate study documentation, case report forms, and regulatory submissions.

Serve as a point of contact between investigators, sponsors, CROs, and ethics committees.

Monitor patient safety and ensure timely reporting of adverse events.

Support in training, mentoring, and supervising clinical research staff.

Qualifications

Bachelors/Masters degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Nursing, or related discipline.

13 years of experience in clinical research coordination (preferred).

Strong understanding of ICH-GCP guidelines and clinical trial processes.

Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to multitask effectively and work under timelines.
