Job Summary (1):

We are seeking a friendly, efficient, and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our customers, responsible for handling inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction across all communication channels.


Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email/ Chat in a timely and professional manner Provide accurate product and service information to assist customers

Skills for Customer Service Rep:

Proven customer support experience or experience in a similar role

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

Familiarity with CRM systems and practices

Problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Patience and a positive attitude


Job Summary (2):

We are seeking a reliable and goal-driven Debt Collector to join our collections team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting individuals or businesses with overdue accounts to recover outstanding debts while maintaining a professional and respectful approach.


Key Responsibilities:

Contact debtors via phone, email, mail to collect payments on past-due accounts

Negotiate repayment plans and payment terms within company guidelines

Maintain accurate and detailed records of all communications and payment arrangements Follow up on payment commitments and ensure timely receipt of funds

Handle disputes and complaints with patience and professionalism

Ensure compliance with the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA) and other relevant regulations

Meet or exceed individual and team collection targets


Skills for Debt Collector:

Proven experience as a debt collector or in a customer-facing role

Strong negotiation and communication skills

Ability to remain calm and respectful under pressure

Office-based or remote (depending on company policy)

Involves repetitive phone work and time-sensitive targets

Fast-paced, performance-driven environment
