Experience required: 1 - 2 years of experience in a BPO environment Any Bachelors degree. Proficient MS Excel Entry / Mid level experience in working on ERP systems Added advantage - Hands-on experience in working on any of the Planning, Order management & logistics processes Skill sets: Good understanding of any of the Planning, Order management & logistics processes . Good written & oral communication skills with internal customers.
