Job Description:: Job Location : Pune Qualification : Any Graduates (15 years Graduation) Shifts: Flexible Shift Experience: +3 Years Brief description: Support Request Viz. quotes, orders or planning sheets etc Provide subject matter expertise for complex issues. Build training curriculum & Work Instructions. Contacting and following up with customers to resolve issues. Interact with different stakeholders proactively to resolve issues Provide subject matter expertise & leadership while giving resolution for complex issues Identify and communicate opportunities for continuous process improvement Use existing knowledge base to provide a customer facing root cause assessment. Experience required: 3-4 years of experience in a BPO environment. Any Bachelors degree from recognized institution Proficient MS Excel Hands-on experience in working on any of the Planning, Order management & logistics processes Problem solving and analytical skills Customer / Client facing experience would be handy. Skill sets: Good understanding of any of the Planning, Order management & logistics processes. Clear written & oral communication skills with internal customers. Good analytical & interpersonal skills Strong troubleshooting and diagnosis skill Training experience will be handy. Experience in creating knowledge base would be an advantage.
