Infosys BPM Ltd. is hiring for (US Mortgage-Pre & Post Closing Process)

• Job Location: Bengaluru

• Qualification:

  Any Graduates - Full time Graduates

• Experience: 5-8 Years

• Shift Timings : US Shift/ Night shift(6:30PM to 3:30AM)

• 5 Days Work from office

• Weekly Rotational Offs

Location: Bangalore

Notice Period : Immediate Joiners OR 30 Days.

Employment Type: Full-Time.

Team Handling experience is Mandatory.

• Review signed closing packages for accuracy.
• Provide funding authorization to Title/Escrow Agents.
• Ensure the closing package is fully complete and accurate and compliant, which includes but is not limited to; correctly itemized credits, fees listed accurately and in the correct sections, proper escrow set up, documenting clear and accurate status notes for the team, borrower, and settlement agent, along with TRID updates for compliance.
• Additional related duties may be assigned, as required.
• Solid and detailed knowledge of Conventional and FHA/VA Loan Documents; Closing and Legal Documents; Disclosure Documents; Credit Documents; Insurance Documents; MDIA Disclosure timing and APR rules and TILA/RESPA LE/CDs.
• Closely monitor team closing pipeline, workload and volume levels for maximum balance and efficiency.
• Identification of gaps and the ongoing assistance in documenting processes and procedures
• Proficient in regulatory requirements across multiple states
• Ability to review loan docs with accuracy and attention to detail to recognize inconsistencies in loan file documents, while managing multiple priorities to meet deadlines and closing dates.
• High degree of familiarity with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
• Continually review process and identify areas for improvement
• Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
• Reviews and prepares disclosures, including Loan Estimate and Closing Disclosure
• Ensure disbursement takes place and loan moves to post close
• Ensure proper and effective communication with settlement agent
• May lead and direct the work of others

Knowledge, Skills required for the role

• Requires a high school diploma or its equivalent for US Operation and graduation degree for India Operations with 36 months of experience in residential document preparation, escrow/title company, processing, or mortgage banking. Plus 12 months of people management experience
• Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures
• Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
• Performs a variety of tasks
• Should have working knowledge with any Mortgage loan origination application.
• A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected
