Job Title:

Responsibilities:

Manage transaction processing activities involving deposits, payments, withdrawals, and loan operations for banking clients
Utilize transaction processing software efficiently to ensure accurate and timely handling of banking transactions
Support compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls related to transaction processing
Collaborate with team members to resolve processing issues and improve operational workflows
Assist in preparing reports and documentation related to transaction processing activities
Adapt to varying shift timings and maintain consistent performance across shifts
Contribute to process improvements and knowledge sharing within the team

Mandatory skill sets

Graduate or equivalent qualification
Proficient in English (reading and writing)
Experience in transaction processing, preferably within banking covering deposits, payments, withdrawals, and loan operations
Ability to work across shift timings
Adept at using transaction processing software

Preferred skill sets

Experience with banking transaction operations and processes
Familiarity with regulatory and compliance aspects in banking transaction processing

Year of experience required

For Senior Processors: 3-5 years of relevant experience
