The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in MEP systems, including:
Electrical Systems (HT, LT, power distribution, lighting, and backup systems)
Plumbing & Drainage (water supply, waste management, STP, and rainwater harvesting)
Fire Fighting Systems (hydrants, sprinklers, fire alarms, and suppression systems)
HVAC Systems (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning)
ELV Systems (CCTV, access control, BMS, networking
Oversee and coordinate all MEP works from planning to execution.
Ensure compliance with building codes and safety standards.
Work closely with architects, structural engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless integration of MEP systems.
Manage contractors, vendors, and suppliers for quality and timely execution.
Review and approve drawings, BOQs, specifications, and technical documents.
Supervise MEP installation in construction projects to ensure compatibility and efficiency.
Conduct site inspections, quality checks, and troubleshooting for MEP systems.
Handle testing, commissioning, and handover of MEP systems.
Implement cost control measures and optimize material procurement.
