Job Description

  • Provide Support in Linux Server management and cloud. To work on Incidents and Outages, Support Oncalls & customer calls
  • Independently plan and handle assigned tasks
  • Collaborate with other teams in providing solutions to end customer and drive the issues until closure.
  • Knowledge ITSM - Handling Incident, Service, Change, and Problem management
  • Strong oral and written communication skills with a positive can-do & self-starter attitude
  • Managing & maintaining SUSE Servers
  • Managing IBM, DELL, Lenovo Fujitsu and HP HANA appliance servers.
  • Building/reimages SUSE Linux servers in both physical and virtual environment.
  • Managing Linux virtual machines that are configured in ESX environments.
  • Providing Level 3 supports to the customers.
  • Managing the Antivirus environment.
  • Patching and OS upgrades on SUSE servers
  • Exposure on DNS,NFS, Samba, FTP, LDAP, NTP, Email services.
  • Knowledge on SAN or NAS environment.
  • Knowledge on RAID, LVM.
