Virtual Relationship Management

Virtual Relationship COP Officer

Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers through
telephonic, video, and digital interactions
.
Understand customer needs and offer suitable banking solutions, including
Savings Accounts, Fixed Deposits, Loans, Insurance, Investments, and Credit Cards
.
Proactively engage with mapped customers to deepen relationships and enhance product penetration.
Achieve assigned business targets across assets, liabilities, and cross-sell products.
Provide excellent service and ensure customer retention through timely query resolution.
Adhere to compliance, operational processes, and quality standards.
Update customer interactions and lead status in CRM systems.

Skills Required:

Strong
communication skills
(verbal & written) in English and local language.
Good
listening and interpersonal skills
for effective customer engagement.
Sales and cross-selling ability
with a target-driven mindset.
Knowledge of
banking products
(Savings, Loans, Insurance, Investments, Credit Cards) preferred.
