Role & responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning, design, and construction of highway projects.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams: structural, geotechnical, traffic, environmental, and utility teams.
• Conduct technical meetings with clients, contractors, consultants, and government authorities.
• Resolve high-level engineering challenges and site conflicts
• Develop project timelines, resource plans, and cash-flow schedules using MS Project/Primavera.
• Monitor progress, identify delays, and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure project delivery within time, cost, and quality targets.
• Manage contractual matters and provide technical inputs for claims and variations
• Establish project-wide QA/QC procedures.
• Review material test results and ensure compliance with standards.
• Approve mix designs (bituminous mixes, concrete mixes, embankment materials).
• Conduct technical audits and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
• Lead teams of junior engineers, surveyors, and site staff.
• Provide technical training, guidance, and performance feedback.
• Foster a culture of quality, safety, and continuous improvement.

Preferred candidate profile

Should be a civil engineer with minimum 3 to 15 years of work experience in Highway projects. for the following positions like

1.QA/QC Engineer

2.Highway Engineer

3..Structures Engineer

4.Safety Engineer

5.Liaison Manager

6.Survey Engineer
