Vacant Position: Executive/Senio Officer/ officer /Technician/ associate - (softgelatin)-Solid Oral Production

• Experience: 3 to 13years
• Qualification: B. Pharmacy/M.pharmacy /ITI / Diploma

Job Description:

Production Activities:

• Execute and monitor softgel capsule manufacturing processes:
  
• Gelatin mass preparation
  
• Encapsulation (with rotary die machines)
  
• Tumble drying and tray drying
  
• Inspection and polishing
  
• Sorting and packing
  
• Ensure smooth operation of encapsulation machines and related equipment.
  

Equipment Handling:

• Operate and maintain softgel-specific equipment:
  
• Gelatin melting and holding tanks
  
• Encapsulation machines (Technophar, SGM, or equivalent)
  
• Tumble dryers, drying tunnels, inspection systems
  
• Perform equipment cleaning and changeover as per SOPs.
  

Documentation:

• Maintain accurate Batch Manufacturing Records (BMRs), logbooks, and other GMP documentation.
  
• Record in-process parameters, deviations, and observations as per Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
  

Compliance & GMP:

• Adhere to current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and regulatory requirements.
  
• Participate in audits, validations, and qualification activities.
  

Quality & In-Process Checks:

• Conduct in-process checks such as seam quality, fill weight, shell thickness, drying status, etc.
  
• Coordinate with QA/QC for sample collection and testing.
  
• Support root cause analysis and CAPA implementation in case of deviations.
  

Safety & Hygiene:

• Follow safety protocols in handling gelatin, oils, and APIs.
  
• Maintain cleanroom and controlled environment standards.
  
• Ensure personal and equipment hygiene standards are met.
  

Team Coordination & Training:

• Assist in training junior operators and helpers.
  
• Coordinate with maintenance and quality departments to ensure timely issue resolution.
