Key Requirements:

• Total Experience:

  10+ years in software testing.

• Banking Domain:

  8 years of Test Management experience within the banking sector.

• Web & Mobile Banking:

  Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in testing web and mobile banking applications.

• Test Process & Planning:

  Expertise in test strategy, test planning, governance, audits, reporting, and metrics.

• Agile Delivery:

  Proven experience managing Agile test projects.

• Stakeholder Management:

  Excellent communication skills with experience managing multiple levels of stakeholders.

• Good to Have:

• Exposure to database testing.
• Understanding of end-to-end payment processing.
