Job Description

Technical Content Engineer

Location: Thane

Responsibilities:

Product Data Management & Standardization

Review technical data for engineering products and extract required fields from exported item/part datasets.
Perform data clean-up, updates, and normalization for product specifications.
Identify product categories and assign appropriate taxonomy from the available database.
Standardize and reorganize specifications, descriptions, nomenclature, and critical parameters based on industry benchmarks.

Technical Content Creation

Develop high-quality product descriptions covering types, features, applications, and industries served.
Ensure technical accuracy, clarity, and alignment with industry standards.
Analyze websites and content sources to capture relevant information.
Work closely with subject matter experts (SMEs) and technical staff to create user-focused content.
Communicate complex engineering concepts in a clear, concise, and audience-appropriate manner.

Technical Documentation Development

Prepare accurate and user-friendly technical documentation, including Installation Manuals (IOMs), Work Instructions, and related materials.
Work with SolidWorks models and assemblies to extract visuals, create exploded views, and generate technical illustrations.
Refine illustrations, schematics, and diagrams using Word and other relevant tools.
Collaborate with engineering teams to gather technical inputs and maintain alignment with design changes.

Skill Sets required:

B.E./B.TECH (Mechanical, Electrical & Electronics)
Understand and explain complex technical concepts.
Excellent verbal communication skills.
Good working knowledge of MS Office, MS Excel/Word (must) or Google Docs
Excel shortcuts, formulas etc. knowledge will be preferred.
Strong research and analytical skill
