Eligibility: Graduates & above
Basic Communication in Marathi Hindi English

Expectation & Requirement:

Reasonable written and communication skills.
Excellent Time Management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (specifically in Excel) and other productive tools, with aptitude to learn new software and systems.
Proficient in critical reasoning and problem solving.
Have the ability to work under pressure under stringent deadlines.
Candidate should have sound knowledge of accounting standards and should be able to practically apply these concepts.
Candidate with experience with auditing standards / working experience with corporates will be added advantage
Deliver timely and high-quality work as per Firms Audit Methodology

Roles & Responsibilities:

Prepare audit work papers and ensure compliance with firms policies and procedures as well as regulatory requirements
Ensuring compliance with engagement plans, internal quality & risk management procedures.
Update workpapers as per review comments by seniors
Performing testing procedures including substantive and controls testing, vouching, verification etc.
Ability to gather, and work with voluminous data
Ability to function effectively and manage multiple engagements in a deadline-driven environment
Ability to work independently and as part of the larger team.
Assist in standardisation of templates and working papers.
