As a Finance Executive at Kratos Gamer Network, you will be responsible for managing financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, and reporting, utilizing Tally and Excel. Your role will require strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills to ensure smooth financial operations. Your key responsibilities will include preparing and maintaining financial statements, assisting in monthly and annual reporting, managing daily accounting tasks in Tally such as reconciliations and ledger maintenance, assisting in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis using Excel, liaising with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations and assisting with audits. To qualify for this position, you must hold a Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting, possess 1-5 years of relevant experience, demonstrate strong skills in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel (including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, etc.), and exhibit strong analytical, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
