Job Description

Walk-in Drive for "Sales Manager, Micro LAP" role in TN Coimbatore location on 12th June 2025 . Interested one can direct walk-in on below mentioned venue SMFG India Credit @ COimbatore Branch. Role & responsibilities . Acquire new customers for LAP (Loan Against Property) in the 1L50L segment through DSA Channel . Handle the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to disbursement. Identify new markets and opportunities within the Micro LAP space. Maintain strong relationships with channel partners and clients. Ensure compliance with internal and external regulatory guidelines. Meet monthly targets in terms of loan disbursement and revenue. Collaborate with credit and operations teams to ensure timely processing. Perks and benefits Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred). Proven sales experience in LAP, MSME Loans, or Business Loans . Good understanding of local market and customer profiles . Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and with teams to drive business volumes.
