Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Provide technical support to customers through phone, email, or chat for Pega applications. Troubleshoot issues related to application performance, data migration, and system configuration. Develop strong relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service and ensuring timely resolution of their queries. Participate in knowledge sharing sessions to improve process efficiency and effectiveness. Desired Candidate Profile 6-9 years of experience in Pega Support Services Analyst (SSA). Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong understanding of Pega Platform including BPM, Case Management, Decision Strategies, User Administration, Data Migration & Integration.
