Job Description

Key Responsibilities

End to end coordination with employees regarding consultation through video confressing and phone calls (app based)

Coordinate with Doctor regarding consultation and schedule an appointment for the same

Explain the process and protocols for consultations to the employee

Well versed with excel and writing emails

must posses strong communication skills, critical thinking and a deep understanding of medical terminology and practices

Maintain records of all consultations and able to present data when required

OHC visit on need basis as a replacement of OHC nurse

Prepare and upload roster of OHC nurse and coordination with nurses for their daily requirements
Coordination with OHC staff regarding medicine and other necessary requirements

Maintain excel for the vendor payments and other expenses related to OHC's

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Qualification:

Preferred: B.Sc. Nursing from a recognized nursing training program
