Job Description

Supervise and coordinate nursing activities in the NICU.
Monitor and manage care of critically ill newborns requiring ventilators, CPAP, IV therapy, and other intensive support.
Ensure adherence to infection control and patient safety protocols.
Provide training, mentoring, and performance evaluation for NICU nursing staff.
Collaborate with neonatologists, pediatricians, and other healthcare professionals for effective patient management.
Maintain records, documentation, and reports as per hospital standards.
Handle audits, quality checks, and emergency situations effectively.

Preferred candidate profile

Registered Nurse with valid nursing license.
Minimum 3
years of NICU experience.
Strong knowledge of neonatal resuscitation, medication administration, and monitoring equipment.
Excellent leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
Compassionate, patient-centric approach.
