Position Statement / Purpose:

This role is responsible for the analyze & prepare the data and its quality that will be shared with the client. He needs to review the Data for correctness in terms of information (Uptime and downtime of the application considering the availability of the application for an end user) that is provided to the client. This role shall drive through continuous improvement to provide excellent customer experience.
