Overview:

React Native Lead

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of mobile applications using the

  React Native framework

  .
• Architect and implement scalable, maintainable, and reusable components.
• Translate business requirements, designs, and wireframes into high-quality code.
• Optimize applications for maximum performance, security, and responsiveness across devices.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver features on time.
• Review code, enforce coding standards, and promote best practices in development.
• Mentor and guide junior developers by providing technical direction and regular feedback.
• Ensure integration with APIs, third-party services, and backend systems.
• Drive continuous improvements in development processes, tools, and technology adoption.
• Own the mobile app delivery lifecycle including unit testing, CI/CD, and release management.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree

  in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• 4+ years

  of experience in mobile application development with at least

  3+ years of hands-on experience in React Native

  .
• Proven track record of leading a team or mentoring developers in mobile app projects.
• Strong proficiency in

  JavaScript/TypeScript

  , React Native, and mobile development best practices.
• Experience with state management frameworks (Redux, MobX, or Context API).
• Proficiency with

  native build tools

  such as Xcode, Gradle, Android Studio.
• Solid understanding of

  iOS and Android design principles

  and interface guidelines.
• Familiarity with

  RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and third-party integrations

  .
• Experience in CI/CD pipelines, app store deployment, and version control (Git).
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and performance optimization skills.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment while managing multiple priorities.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with

  Node.js, Firebase, AWS, or cloud-based services

  .
• Knowledge of

  testing frameworks

  (Jest, Detox, etc.) for automation.
• Exposure to

  native iOS/Android development

  for custom module creation.
• Prior experience in

  scaling mobile teams

  and managing project delivery.
