Walk-In Diversity Interview Drive - Costing & Budgeting - MEP

Role & responsibilities

• Certification, Tracking and updates of all contractor billings through interactions with Execution and Finance & Accounts. Necessary contractual obligations in line with the contractual terms.

• Preparation of Tender packages/budgets to achievement of the project targets through timely submission e.g. by sharing T. Packages /BOQ with concerning team in advance, precise Budgeting of the project to optimize the cost with detailed item description and market analysis.

• Monitors the activities of the PMC through daily basis co-ordination and periodic audits.
• Plans the project schedule with the Contractors along with the PMC.
• Reconciliation of the material through inputs from the PMC.
• Tracking of the bill certification and contractual liabilities to maintain the cash flow of contractor.

• Coordinates with the PMC to conduct weekly project review meetings to update the other departments on the project status

• Conducts periodic audits through the PMC to ensure that all safety/quality/statuary compliance and commercial contractual obligations related parameters are met with

• Complies with company defined guidelines and processes
• Adheres to project timelines and business goals.

• Identifies processes/procedures in own work area that need improvement
• Recommends process improvement ideas to streamline efficiency/costs/productivity
• Undertakes process improvement activities in own work area

• Identifies self-development needs
• Takes concrete steps to pursue self-development through training, education, projects etc.
