Role & responsibilities

Skills :

• Exposure in Civil work.
• Exposure in working with contractors in construction companies.

Key Accountability/Role and Responsibilities (Should be a Part of the KRA for Variable Pay)

• Monitoring, Supervising, Inspection at Construction Site
• Manpower Management.
• Overseeing the coordination of construction civil works with priorities and plans
• Ensuring maximum output from manpower
• Coordination & Scheduling of Labour, Equipment & Material
• Planning, supervision & monitoring of site execution activities.
• Co-ordination with PM & Site Engineers for upcoming execution planning
• Develop team & maximize productivity of Labour.
• Co-ordination with design team, Labour contractors & billing, PMV, Inventory department
