Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers warmly and guide them to their tables.
  • Present menus, make recommendations, and answer questions about ingredients or dietary preferences.
  • Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them promptly to the kitchen.
  • Serve orders efficiently, ensuring presentation and quality standards.
  • Check on customers to ensure satisfaction and address any issues promptly.
  • Handle billing and payments through POS systems (cash, UPI, cards, etc.).
  • Clear tables and maintain cleanliness in dining and service areas.
  • Assist with restocking and side duties (cutlery, condiments, table setup, etc.).
  • Follow hygiene, safety, and service protocols consistently.
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen, café staff, and supervisors.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
