Job Summary:

We are looking for a friendly and well-presented Waitress to serve customers at our restaurant/cafe. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a positive attitude toward customers.

Key Responsibilities :

Greet and seat customers in a polite and professional manner.

Take food and beverage orders accurately.

Serve food and drinks on time and ensure customer satisfaction.

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the serving area.

Answer questions about menu items and offer suggestions when requested.

Handle billing and payments (if required).

Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service.

Address any customer complaints politely and promptly.

Follow safety and sanitation policies.

Requirements :

Minimum qualification: 10th/12th Pass.

Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.

Presentable appearance with a pleasant personality.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Prior experience in food service or hospitality (preferred but not mandatory).

Preferred :

Female candidates.

Height: Preferably 5’4” and above (if applicable to your brand requirements).
